I am thrilled that I have been appointed as the new Head teacher of a village Primary School for 2018 and excited to be joining the school.

I have a passion for being a Head teacher and it is a job that I love to do enthusiastically. I believe in a team approach and commitment from everyone – staff, pupils and parents – all aiming to make our school the very best it can be for everyone.

I have many years’ experience working in many different types of schools; village primary, Church of England and a vibrant large inner city academy.  I have been a Special Needs Co-ordinator, a KS1 and KS2 moderator for both different local authorities.

I have worked for the Local Authority to support schools as a School Improvement Lead, a Lead Mentor for teacher training programmes. More recently as well as a Head teacher, I have been an Academy Improvement Advisor looking after 4 primary academies.

My extensive expertise has enabled me to use my experience to work with pupils, staff, parents and Governors and I look forward to bringing my knowledge to school and returning to Buckinghamshire.

Be part of a great team working to achieve the best for the pupils.
