We are seeking a full-time permanent Phys Ed / Rec Ed teacher for a Catholic College in Western Queensland. This position is to start Term 1, as soon as possible. Male or Female teachers are welcome to apply. You have to love sport, bring energy and be a motivational inspiring teacher. Maybe your passion is AFL, rugby, cricket, tennis, gymnastics, Yoga, swimming, surfing, trekking or exteme sports – pack your kit and bring it all with you.

Mount Isa, a vibrant and progressive city of approximately 20,000 people, is located approximately 1,600 kilometres North West of Brisbane and 900 kilometres west of Townsville.
It is joined to both Townsville and Brisbane by plane (with both QANTAS and Virgin Blue airlines servicing the region), bus, rail and road travel. The city is primarily a mining centre with Mount Isa Mines being one of the prominent employers in the region. Many of the industries operating within the city not only support the mines but also tourism and the cattle industry of the Gulf community producing some of the country’s best beef.
